An updated tutorial explaining how to unlock all DLCs using the usbloader would be good.

2 files can't be downloaded with the PC Tools. It gives 404 NOT FOUND. They are 000001e4 and 000001e5 from 4th gen (sZDE).
    The links are the following:
    http://nus.cdn.shop.wii.com/ccs/down...a4445/000001e4
    http://nus.cdn.shop.wii.com/ccs/down...a4445/000001e5
These files would produce 455.bin and 456.bin.

I found out 455 and 456 correspond to "Party In The U.S.A." by Miley Cyrus. This song was NOT released as DLC. I assume it was planned to be released, but they dropped it at the last minute. The result is that there is a gap, as these files do not exist. The links from nus servers are "automatic"; there never were files in those paths.
In order to run the wadpacker properly, one must insert 'wadpacker 0 454' and then 'wadpacker 457 508' (or 999)

Does anybody happen to have those? I need the files without any extention, not APP (after decrypter) nor BIN (after wadpacker)
Or, where can I get them?

Those files will produce 455.bin and 456.bin. Is there any way to "change" BIN files or revert the process so I can decrypt them to work on my Wii?
These two files are not available cause they don't exist. Could be a song they plan to release but couldn't due to issues with the charts, vocals, etc.

There is, Also I wouldn't recommend creating your OWN wad file of it.

Unless you know what your doing with wads and know the severity you can cause to your Wii dont bother. Especially when theres plenty other people out there that already have a working 5th gen wad. No point in doing that when its so easy to corrupt a wad and ruin your wii.

Links to such wads will be deleted and user(s) disciplined for doing so (from a warning up to Reading Room infraction).

It's good to be safe. There are about 800 post in this tread, read anything about a wii that was bricked by these tools. There are a lot of ways to ruin a wii, and this is not very high up on the list.
LIST THAT CAN RUIN A WII
    1. Delete ios below 200. (If you delete the sys menu ios)
    2. Install custom theme if you don't have Bootmii installed as boot2. (Priiloader is useless when sys menu is overwritten)
    3. Install a bad Wiiware wad. (Banner brick)
    4. Run USBloader GX with cios249 rev20 (it is not supported - has this been resolved ?)
