I run RB2 off Wiiflow USB Loader and my dlc downloads just fine and stores on SD Card, it does also store on Wii's memory even after deleting if I play it, it goes back to wii memory and after a few songs the wii says it's unable to save anything because of full memory. I've tried running off the disc channel with a retail and a burned disc cause my wii is also mod chipped, however I cannot download songs when using either retail or backup disc nor can I play any of the DLC....Not complaining though I'm more happier than using a disc anyhow, it's not a big deal to me it doesn't save after 7 or 8 songs.

Yeah that happens to me also, if it says they are already on SD Card then delete them off Wii memory and you'll be ok.

Do you enable sd mode on start of the game?

I have a problem with the nirvana dlc (released Dec.1,09) and the new dlc released this week. They don't show up as purchased. I've tried uninstalling and installing the wads, but the dlc doesn't show up purchased... anyone have any help?
EDIT: Never mind this question i just saw the 4th generation dlc download and it worked. Thanks for putting it up Trekster!

in response to the Nirvanna not working, thats because the supplied tools here work for older generations of RB2 dlc
for some reason, I'm not given the option of saving DLC to my SD card, and if i move it with data management, it doesn't work

This is my first time on these forums so I'll start by saying hi
I have a PAL wii and a PAL Rock Band 2 disk, and I suppose my first question is, Is it possible to use the PAL RB2 disk to unlock the DLC?
I've softmodded my wii a while ago, but I can't remember anything of what I did and what version I had, etc. so I'm probably gonna restore it using one of the tutorials I saw before, then do the 4.2 system menu hack which I also saw in the tutorial.
From what I understand from reading most of this thread, I need a NTSC version of RB2 and some method of playing it on a PAL wii. I also need to change the shop channel to NTSC-U and then install the wads. In the thread I saw one post where someone had mentioned that they had a PAL version of RB2, and the response had been that he needed to make a NTSC version of the game, but no directions were given as to how this should be achieved. Could someone help me in this regard?
I think that after I've got these issues sorted I should be able to do the rest of the job myself. If you could help me with my questions above it would be greatly appreciated

I doubt game region will have any problems, you should just try and install the wads and play the game and see what happens.....
Also you should post in the introductions section, nobody likes a person who just rocks up for their own gain and then leaves once they have all the stuff they need

Music store giving anyone else fits tonight? Probably not the best thread to post this in, just wanted to make sure no one was fretting that it was something they're doing wrong but rather a RB2-side problem. Took me a while to actually download a 4th gen song, hang in there if you're having problems!

I used the DLC hack this morning for the first time, downloaded a few songs, now I can't connect back to the music store. It tells me it can;t connect to the internet but the wii wifi connection is working fine.
