Could you send me a PM too? I have both PAL and NTCS versions. Anyway to get just the Rock Band store working would be enough! Of course the free songs would be a great bonus!

Edit2: WiiBrew says that "The latest update to the shop channel BREAKS SHOP COUNTRY REGION CHANGING! Be warned that your Wii may be stuck in a certain region for the shop for the time being." So does that mean that I can't change my shop channel region as I have system menu 4.2?

Does anyone know if you can just copy someone's SD save data instead of downloading each song through the music store?

I managed to change my shop channel to US by deleting the old account, but now I'm facing new problems. First of all, I can't buy wii points, because the US shop channel won't accept my credit card. And second, I can't install wads, because I get -1022 error, when trying. I have installed cios38rev14. Any advice for me?
Edit: apparently the the wads were installed despite the error and dlc is working now. Thank you very much!
Edit 2: A new problem: everytime I play downloaded songs it copies them back to system memory and after few songs the the game tells me that the memory is full. When I after that go to the data management and erase the "dlc pay & play" data, it apparently also erases my save data, although they still seem to be in the memory accoring the data management, but I can't load them in game. If I erase the dlc data before Rock Band 2 informs me that memory is full, nothin bad happens. What the hell is going on and is it possible to play songs straigth from the sd card without copying them to system memory?
Edit 3: Ok, it seems that the problem is that I have been using the usb-loader. How can I get the rock band 2 load from disc channel? I have system menu 4.2E. Other games load fine from disc channel....

I have a version 4.1U. Wii shop and rock band demand I update to download anything. I'm trying the free song thing before I try the WADs. Is it safe to update? Is there something I can do to safely update?

Nintendo had maintenance on their servers today and updated the Wii Shop Channel--it was all finished around 9pm ET. Oddly enough, Queen songs now work fine for me, even though I downloaded other tracks earlier to see if it was a connection problem and they worked.

It's best to update your Wii shop channel. This is what I'm currently doing at the moment and see if I'll get any problems with the Queen DLCs.
