WM allows you to install WAD files directly to the console, like your VC/WiiWare games. But it won't let you install them on an external HD to play on your console. Unfortunately there is no application which will support that type of play at this time. You can drag and drop the actual file onto a FAT/NTFS partition on your computer, but those files still will not be playable on your Wii. You'll need to install them to your console then drag them back and forth via the SD card.

The only other functionality available is installing an ISO forwarder to your external hard drive which can be loaded from Wiiflow or USB Loader GX or another bakcup loader, but that still requires the actual WAD file be installed to the console. Keep in mind this all is directed specifically towards VC/Wiiware type WAD files.

Right. However you can install wads to an emulated NAND and play them using HDD. Triiforce does this. Or you can do it with an SD card and SNEEK.

    what other wads are there
Other wads would be IOS .wads, system menu .wads, things like that.
    Damn I suck!!!!
