Wad Managers error message
Hi don't know if this is the right place to ask for help so here it is:
Is there a master list of error codes for wad managers?
Here my real question, I have all needed CIOS for installing wads and such meaning I could install any wads to my nand with no problems. The problem is when I use CIOS 249 to install wads to an emulated device. (error ret -101) If I use any other CIOS like 36 well the ones that you could use to install wads Wad Manager doesn't give me the option to select an emulated device.
The Emulated files are all on the root of the USB drive
Wads files are in a folder name "wad" which is in the root of the SD card.
Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance
You need a full NAND dump on your SD card to use that function I think. I have read a few places that said the "emulated device" option doesn't work yet. I haven't tried it myself.
What are you trying to accomplish by installing Wads to an emulated NAND? If it is to play your Wiiware/VC then look into Triiforce or SNEEK.
I am currently trying to install this for Triiforce usage and tried a couple of other softwares like showmewads and wads 2 nands But didn't try SNEEK yet I will do a research on this and try it out Thanks.
Is this what i need to play WADs directly from my WD 1TB HDD or have i missed a thread somewhere, any help would be appreciated, BTW I have followed messies guide for my 4.2u. I tried installing wads to sys menu(which works fine) then i copied the channels to HDD a few have copied but 99% of them have not, Please Help
