Why are you upgrading, r14 works fine? Personally I would wait a while. But yes if you run the installer it will install over r14.

    Error 2011

I am still getting this error no matter what I try. I have tried to run the IOS36 file with the updates from the SD card and the internet and still get the error 2011. I am at a dead end and dont know what else to try.

If you're getting error 2011 then you're probably doing something wrong. Make sure to do the first part correctly:

    Load IOS36 and Downgrade IOS15

Then Load IOS15, select IOS36 menu. Say YES to ALL patches.

    Load IOS36, Restore IOS15.

Then run cIOS38-rev14 Installer, select iOS36 as the one it should use.

I have done it just how you say it. I get the error when I say yes to all of the patches and try to install it. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I evem reformatted my USB drive with the SD formatter and still nothing. I have copied the files to the USB like 5 times.

The only thing weird is that the trucha bug restorer has a distorted image in the homebrew channel.

The exact error when try to upload is:

    ES_AddTitleStart returned: -2011
You need to use an IOS with trucha bug
That is what the IOS15 downgrade is good for
    IOS26 installation failed.

I ran the restore to get the Wii back to factory settings with the files and guide on this website. I reformatted the USB and tried it again and still no luck. I have the 4.1 wii. Should I upgrade to 4.2 and try that tutorial?

I have got to step 5: Run cIOS38r14 installer select IOS36 as the one it should use and then select wad install. Everything goes well until I get to

    Installing Custom IOS, Please Wait....
    >> Install Error! (Ret = -1035)

Can anyone suggest what is wrong here?

I have exactly the same error than the previous message, following the install process to fully crack my console (the menu is 4.0u)
    the error message is :

    Installing Custom IOS, Please Wait....
    >> Install Error! (Ret = -1035)

I've made some research before posting here and On the URL where all the error code are, I follow the link from 1035 to error 2011 and then finish my way on the first message in this topic.

Then I format my SDcard in fat32 download what it suggested and restart installing the software. All works fine, except when I start the last installation where the same error message appears...

Some idea ? I will continue to read all the thread in this post just in case someone else write something on a similar case but since the last post speak about this error, I the same error, I think that I will read all of them for nothing...

Hoping someone will read and reply to this message soooon !

    Hey Mate

I followed this guide from the beginning, re-installing the HBC as well. It now works for me.
