Thanks, that has sorted it out. Your Gecko wad works, I got rid of Wadder 3beta.
Since you are so knowledgeable, I have to ask you, though:
On WiiBrew Gecko OS, it states: "Load boot.elf from Chain Loader. Insert any Wii Game and press reset. Enjoy your region free gaming."
Do you know anything about that? Is there a way to jsut insert the Wii disc, press reset and away you go region-free? How would I set that up? That would be evn better... (Obviously I don't understand "Load boot.elf from Chain Loader"...)
    It also says:
(version 1.9.2):"Allows widescreen backgrounds and backgrounds with alpha channel information to be used ": does that mean I can use my own background for the Gecko interface?

    Thanks

    Tim

crap is used for making channels for your usb loader games, comex's nand loader is fine....you can make a channel out of most apps that are a .dol, not dvdx as its just an installer

First let me say TY for the great tutorial. Very easy to follow.

I know you started this thread awhile back but wanted to see if you had any ideas on a problem I have.

I tried made a channel for Guitars on Fire and it works fine except when exiting the chanel. When I exit the chanel it gives me an "Exception (Program) occured! error and then a Stack Dump.

Then I have to unplug Wii to get it to reboot. Comes back up ok, but no way around it that I can see as of yet

    Any ideas?

this is built in the dol of the file, it says to return to HBC, but since HBC has changed title, i gues it wont find it.
