Could someone please help me! im really frustrated now!!!

I've sucessfully installed the usb loader on my black wii (4.1e). Now im trying to put ISO's on my HDD. I formated the drive on the Wii to WBFS and installed Wii Sports Resort on the drive, no problem!

Now im trying to put .ISO files on the drive, but WBFS manager doesnt seem to like the drive, keeps saying an error has occured... What am i doing wrong, i've tried both NTFS and FAT32 formats on the Wii.

The drive is the 120gb 2.5" drive, that comes with the PS3 slim. I put it in a Dynamode enclosure, if that helps.

I'm slightly confused. It sounds like you're saying ISO files don't work as an installation to your HD, yet Wii Sports Resort does --- wasn't that as an ISO as well? Please realize that both HD and enclosures have to be compatible with your Wii --- see this link for that kind of info.

    Step 2 part B.

It askes that you may need a Game cube controler, I do not have one or can get one in town. What happens if it locks up at that part is the WII unuseable?

I just encountered the same problem, and it was because I had an explorer window open. Have you have closed all files, and folders/explorer/my computer sessions which may be reading or accessing from that drive?

That's for the purpose of backing up your NAND. It says you may or may not need one. In my case, the buttons worked as described. Should yours not, you can always skip the backup step for now until you can get or borrow one --- right? It won't make your Wii "unusable," merely make the backup feature currently unavailable for use.

Or it could be he's using the Dynamode 2.5" SATA enclosure (if true in terms of that; only 2.5" Dyamode enclosure listed on the compatibility list, but I don't think the list is an exhaustive one) which is incompatible...

So original game media works... this could have to do with the DVD media quality on the burned discs you're using, and whether burned @ 4X or less... I just know the enclosure USB list says a Dynamode 2.5" SATA enclosure and a Samsung 120gb drive tested as incompatible (the list is subjective, not exactly objective; it relies on feedback from users who are presumed to know what they are doing...)
