Is this the wad (AKA channel) verson install or the one accessed thru HBC for purposes of loading? If the latter, try the former and search this thread for a download link... has been posted several times in last couple days.

Iplayer - After Completing this Tutorial -
Wonder if anyone can help. I have completed the Guide from Mod a virgin Wii from 3.4 to 4.1 (with the safe updater) Great Guide by the way! Both me and my mate followed it perfectly.
I installed the Optional update for the internet and also wanted the Iplayer installed which i need the Shopping channel for. I downloaded the Wad from this tutorial and installed the wad without probroms. "installation ok!".
however when i goto the Shopping channel i just get a blank screen.
I have read in places that i might need to install / update IOS61 then install the Shopping channel.
But then have also read that this is not needed if you are on v4 OR 4.1?
Can anyone help please.

Guys I have a DSL line but I can't connect the Wii to it coz I don't have the USB -> UTP connection and it takes 20 days to ship it from the USA to SA :-(
Do I need a Internet Connection to do this?

Step 5 problem
Hi, I'm sorry to trouble you, i've read this guide.
I followed the steps carefully and everthing works great, until step 5 where I get the wad manager error ret-1, and i simply can't figure out what's wrong. Got all the files (IOS) need on the SD and enough blocks.
I got version 4.1 on my wii.

Use Wad Manager to install IOS60patched, run FW4.1updater, then install preloader.
I forget to mention that if you can not wait for the internet then you can download
E (European) - SystemMenu-PAL-v450.rar and do the upgrade offline.

Can't I download it and install it from a SD card or DVD like the Xbox? DAM!!!
So if I can't update to 4.1 is there anything else I can do?
