I followed the guild to the step 3. I tried to install the Patched ISO60 on the WAD Manager, but I could not find it.
    Anyone help please.

Followed your guide word for word on my 4.1U Wii with D2Ckey installed. Worked great!!

Thanks for the detailed instructions. I'm even considering taking out my D2Ckey and going completely soft mod now.

Lennie gave you a post # if you wish to upgrade from 3.2 to 4.1 without wireless internet. What he did not say and what the tutorial does say, is if you're satisfied with 3.2 you can stick with 3.2 and not upgrade. So if you want to stay, no internet connection required. Of course, 4.X gets you SDHC support and Virtual Channels using SD card, but that's a matter of choice.

It's in the /wad folder on your SD card - look and you'll see IOS60-patched.wad there.

Sorry if this has been mentioned before, but can the first post be updated, as the file at sharingmatrix.com no longer exists? I can't even get started with the guide >__>

    Hi Gen3sf,

I am sorry, but how to check if disable all the wiikey blocks?
Anyway, I was able to see IOS249 as default when open the Wad Manager. But when I tried to install IOS60, it just stuck:
Wad manger -> Select IOS249 -> Wii SD Slot -> Press A to select
    ----------------------------------
    Mounting device, please wait...

My wii remote blue light is gone and everything is stuck as showed, could not go to wad directory to continue. Please take a look if available, I am really appreciate for your help. Thank you.

I have tried everything I can think of to get WAD Manager to work, but nothing has. Are there any other options or should I just virginize my Wii and start over?

Thank for reply. The ISO60-patched is in the Wad folder, but I can't install it. when I run the Wad Manager, I can't select ISO249 or ISO60 (there are ISO3 to ISO38, ISO50, ISO53, ISO55, and ISO254 instead). Any idea? PLEASE HELP

Could someone help me with these questions?

    Q1.
Can this guide be used for any Wii ? I have a japanese model and I'm worried if the system menu (v4.0) file will brick it.

    Q2.
I have been unable to confirm my firmware. Whenever I try to connect to a wifi network I get a message saying "Upgrade your firmware" (in japanese) and there's an OK button. (There are no Yes/No options) I am also unable to disable WiiConnect24 as the button itself is grayed out. So I dont know what version I have right now.. is there any way to find out?

    Thanks
