I have firmware version 3.2(USA) and a Wiikey installed. I'm pretty sure I have the banner brick because I get to the health and safety screen and after that I get the "The system files are corrupted" error.
I have managed to get the Repair Disc 1.3 working and select delete all to delete the bad wad file. After I reboot it everything seems fine like it's been turned on for the first time and has me go through all the setup but once I get passed the Health and Safety screen I get "The system files are corrupted" again. anyone have any ideas?
EDIT: OK I think the [my serial number].ALL.rbk file is a backup file that I can create in the repair disc but that does not really help me because I still get the error.

i just unbricked my wii version 4.2e by using drivekey and UUDv4
boot into wad manager then uninstall the "bad" wad.
no preloader or bootmii or even gc trick needed.
