I've tried this tutorial but it did not work with any of the autoboot discs.
Because i have a modchip i can start playing games because they all autoboot now.
But i still prefere the get the WII menu back.

Someone told me to try Zantzue's Anti-brick Disc (it's a new autobootdisc).
    Will try it this weekend.
Is there someone that tried this disc ? did it work ?

You can find it here ->MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service
Have you tried autobooting smash brothers brawl and using the smash stack exploit? That could help in case you get to run brawl.

    Yes buy a Savemii.

Or have installed preloader or bootmii beforehand.
Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.

i would like to know this too!

And does this work without a modchip?

Also, there is the Savemiifrii, which is done without buying a Savemii, and all you need is a GC controller in port 4.

    See this you tube video:

Ca Can all bricks be fixed ?

    As already mentioned,

Three weeks ago I leave my bricked wii with a guy in Montreal to fix a black screen, four days later he told me it was repaired.

    - All the saved games, channels and miis were there !!!

A friend of mine, faced a different brick, this time with a white opera screen "HTML page not available". We give up after two weeks of testing, booting, GC boot, etc.

Drop it to the same guy, and in three days the console was back to normal without loosing any data.

What this people is using that is not shown in the forums ?

    - Different boots discs ?
    - Customizing code and implementing it through SD cards ?
    - Cloning the nand from a working wii ? If so, how the keep all the stored data, serial, and details ?

    Any suggestion ?

    CPFX

I selected delete all and it says Finished, but after I reboot it and get through all the system settings I get the same error.

I'm thinking it might have something to do with this line at the Repair Disc menu after I select Delete All:

"Cannot find [my serial number].ALL.rbk on SD card."

Does anyone know what the problem might be? Why should an SD card be necessary to fix the Wii? Shouldn't it just go back to the factory default settings?

    Hi guys,

Looks like yesterday I have had an artefact that the theme creator called a "BANNER BRICK"...

Here is the video of what's going on

Please, would you be so kind to say if it is theoretically unbrickable, because I did NOT install any preloader of HackMii or smth like that. Did not do this coz everything worked well so far, until I started to install a Loadstructor wad-channel from here Cluster's Home Page and after reset I see only a black screen after pressing "A" (see the video plz).

In fact I do not have this DriveChip, but I have bought the SaveMii (still did not receive the package) - coz I heard it can help with my problem...

In fact, before bricking I have installed a custom 4.0 firmware, therefore I did not understand this sentence in this post about Universal Unbrick Disc. In fact the rapidshare.com link is dead now, so maybe someone can re-upload this magic stuff?

Can you please tell me, if I do NOT have a GC controller, neither any preloader nor BootMii, NO DriveChip, nothing like this, xcept SaveMii dongle, what is the best way to unbrick my Wii?

Please, anyone, I am begging you to help me because I am completely lost

    Thanking everyone in advance!

    Salut, mate!

In "BANNER BRICK" theme you mentioned that you need just a SaveMii dongle to recover a Wii from the banner brick... Would you be so kind to guide me (maybe there's a manual elsewhere) how can I do that? I have noticed that I need some chips installed on my wii or smth like that... My Wii is 20-days old and everything worked fine before I tried to install one of the wads and voila... So I already ordered thsi SaveMii dongle, but I do not understand HOW I will have to use it... Sorry for such "bugging", I thank you in advance and hope you will explain what u meant.

Black screen is normally more sinister than banner brick. If you get no error message like the OP pictured then it's not a banner birck.

So let me get this straight:-

You Wii was working....you installed a custom theme (custom 4.0 firmware).....your Wii went to Black screen?
