How to get Homebrew Channel on virgin 4.0 Wii!
Do these steps to get HBC on your Wii It will work on all Wiis regardless of serial number or system menu version. Have a read up on it [Only Registered Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register] before you start.
If you get any errors then you may not have your card formatted correctly, use [Only Registered Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register]to do it.
This also works on 4.1
Make sure WiiConnect24 is off as it can interfere with the bannerbomb hack
1: Download [Only Registered Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register] and unpack it onto root of an SD card.
2: Put the SD card in wii, go to Wii options, then go to Data Management > Channels > SD Card, then you will get a message saying "Load boot.elf?" , select 'Yes' and the Hackmii installer will run.
3: See if you can install bootmii as boot2, if you can, install it, otherwise skip it.
4: Install Homebrew channel.

Does this work on a 3.4 that was upgraded to 4.0???? 3.4 never had homebrew or any thing else other than default out of the box. 4.0 was upgraded via Internet.
Thanks

I got to the step where you're suppose to install IOS35-64... but I couldn't find it. By don't worry if it doesn't work, do you mean you can't find it or you click it and it doesn't work? Because I couldn't find it, all I could find was IOS35, which is the next step. Will my Wii brick if I skip the IOS35-64 step?
