just partition an area at the first section of the drive, format the partition NTFS, primary, active. then use WBFS Manager to format the partition to WBFS.

this may be a little risky if you dont know what you are doing but take your time and double check your settings before proceeding. powerquest is very simple but not free.
thank you very much. i will definitly carefully give one of those programs a try.

Im trying to load up a game using this from an 8gb PNY SDHC card. Every time I open SD/USB Loader 1.5 and choose to load from SD/SDHC it tell me the drive is not formatted. Ive formatted it both through SD/USB Loader and WBFS Manager. Hrm.

Great!! This means that i don't nead to buy an expensive hard drive, i can just load it off an SD card!. Too bad that means only one game per SD....

The only channel that can play .iso's or .wii's is still currently in development and is anticipated to be released in 2 moths time minimum. The SD USB loader will not support these files untill it incorperates the ISO launcher channel when released.

From what Ive heard Western Digital is pro status on compatibility. Ive got the my book 500gb one and it works like a charm. Just stay away from anything by Seagate.
