    i now this has nothing to do with this thread. but i need help an this is the site that gave me the idea. ok my laptop in windows 7 and i have net framework 4.0 but i need to back up games on net framework 2.0. what do i do that will be safe for my laptop, ive read a few things on changing it around , dose,nt seem like a good idea, . has anyone had this problem an what did they do. any info would be great thanks

    Trouble burning

    I use Imageburn and tried burning with Verbatim -R from india and maxell dvd and every time i get a empty dvd that i cant use any more. Is there some other good software for burning wii games

    Imgburn is the best. Could be a bad rip or download. Get any error codes? What system menu and cios you got? That kind of info is helpful

    There's no other way besides using a modchip because I just softmodded my wii and have no idea where to go from there please help

    What exactly is your question? I think you need to do more searching. Go make a post in the introductions section and you will get a welcome post that will provide you links to guides and informative posts.

    I have just soft modded my wii to 4.1 using the 4.3 soft mod guide.
    i don't have a usb on my laptop but have a sd card!
    with this soft mod how do i burn the games and get them to work on my wii and will they work?

    this thread is about burning discs not copying games to sd card
    however if you want to use your sd card to load games and not the disc method (also newer wiis won't be able to run backup discs) have a look at fat32 loading, link below.
    and do the steps accordingly to your sd card and use wiigamemanager for example to get your .iso as .wbfs on it.

This is done to get a personal greeting from a wiihacks staff member and excellent starter links you'll need in navigating the site. That being said, I suspect perhaps your Wii is a year or so old --- maybe less? If so, it wouldn't play backups due to D3-2/D4 drives. This would still leave USB HD a viable option, if so.
