Question games play black and white

Hello everyone, this is my first post, and I wont to say a huge huge thank you to everyone that needs it for the work and time that you have put into all of this. My question is this, everything is working wonderfully. But on some of the images that I burn and play, the game works as it should but it is in black and white the entire time. Has anyone else experienced this and maybe a fix for the ignorant here.

    Thank you in advance

Sounds like it might be an out of region game. Try forcing your video settings to your region in your backup loader.

Also when you have an issue make a new thread about it or you will get burried in some one elses or get in trouble for hijacking some one else's thread.

I don't know if this has been answered later in the thread (the quoted response is on page 6) but ImgBurn will automatically set the speed to the minimum supported by the disc. In other words, my disc supports 4x, 6x, and 8x, and I set the speed to 1x, but once it actually starts burning it will burn at 4x.

First you have to extract the iso file before you burn anything.

    Unhappy NOOB needs help.

I just got my first Wii and wanted to backup Wii discs we have gotten. I have read throughout the web and thusfar wasted $60 or my money trying software that will not recognize my Wii DVD. I have installed the Homebrew channel bur BootMii doesn't load when I click it now. Anyway, I have Wii Sports and when I attempted to back it up as an ISO using IMGBurn and the software from gamecopywizard, the software won't see the media in the drive. I have tried on my desktop and laptop with the same results. I also tried the DVD player homebrew and it will not load/play a movie dvd either. Talk about striking out, I may just forget about this whole thing if it is so involved.

Any help would be appreciated. I just need it to be simple since I don't know anything about all this stuff. My Wii is 4.2 and I used the instructions in these forums to load homebrew.
