Any body got a good bandwith monitor.
I recieved a call from my internet provider they said I exceeded my bandwith. Since I cant check it online because they dont offer that service I need to get a bandwith monitor and monitor it myself . If I don't lower it or go over again they said they can suspend my service for up to a year. They allow 250Gb of traffic they said I used 756 gb. Any suggestions?

As said above just use a program that monitors whats being sent.....
I did use one once, Can't remember the name though, to run test with online gaming etc to see how much they actually used.
