    USB cannot Read...

I have Toshiba 16G USB and have tried to put some games through WBFS Manager and Wii BackUp Manager and they successfully done (I recon). The problem is the USB don't want tobe read anymore on the computer, it always says 'you need to format the disk before you can use it. I don't know what's going on with it. Please give me some instructions for it...

When you use WBFS manager, your USB is formatted to the WBFS format. This format is not recognized by PCs, only by WBFS manager.

If you want to continue to use your USB on your computer while also being able to play games of it check out the FAT32 guide in my signature.

Go fat32 man. Use Wii Backup Manager, it's quite stable. You can use fat32format.exe to format your drive, it's superfast. WBFS formats are from the old days..., I find just one huge fat32 partition is the way to go, all apps seem to be able to see it, and it's easy to add and delete stuff as you don't need to deal with separate partitions. Emulator's seem to see fat32 partitions a lot better as well. WiiMC will like a fat32 partition too
