It does not matter.
For those following in my nooby steps.
When using Sundriver programmer v2.04 - click on Format.
If you ever used this disk before, on Win or Mac or whatever, Programmer will display a message "Reading from SunDriver Failed !".
You will notice that existing format is lost. Now restart wii and try formatting again. It will work now.
