Windows do not recognise USB device

Hi,
For some time my windows 7 64bit do not recognise device properly when I connect sundriver via USB cable. I have also tried to reinstall windows to 7/32bit, and even to load lastXP Live version, and in all combinations I get same "device not recognised".

I also have programmer for sundriver, and I have flashed via it to latest version (015) with no error reported, but it acts same.

Can anyone help me with this?
What can I do to revive it?
