Does anyone have any solid idea of what this actually is?
Right now the Sundriver is lloking like a better option over the wode as there are better ways to select your games.
If this thing is even better I may wait for this.

Thats just the regular sundriver.
ah, sorry, read it wrong! I believe the HD is an updated version that also supports the wii dvd drive, allowing you to rip directly to the hdd.Quote:

yes it use one external 2.5' / 3.5' HD to play the game, and keep inner wii dvd drive, so u can backup your dvd to the external HD.
Why would someone choose this over a softmod?, since this is describing exactly what softmods using USB loaders do.Quote:

Softmods are very sensetive to firmware updates while hardmods aren't and are far superior in that regard hence why someone would choose this.
Agreed that Hardmod is safer than softmod, but I only choose softmod because of the cost. :cool:
