Me being blunt - i have read almost every forum topic on this site non stop since midnight last night... over 9 hours of reading.... Me being helpful - Most of the users on this site are in their teens. (I am not) and just like any other consoles site or any forum for anything related to mods. NO ONE USES THE SEARCH FEATURE. I do but there is no reason to rag on someone with a problem in finding information they need. You being a new mod are in a customer service position... but your like the cashier at walmart that just points to the back of the store when someone says where can i find this? saying its over there might get old but its your job and refering to the search everytime might not explain something in better detail. of course ppl are going to ask you the same thing over and over again. If you wanted to make things easier you would go through this site and compact the information that is correct into one post and sticky it and delete the ones that dont apply anymore. Instead of keeping two lengthy post that go on and on about something as simple as playing backups could cut the crap out for a lot of new ppl. List options not excuses. Example - List one Sticky for explaining how to do backups with a modchip. Another for current ways to do it without. Advantages and disadvantages of both. I could of saved 5 hours of reading everyones stupid crap comments for valuable info if this would have been done.

lets forget the HUGE faq i wrote with most of the really common questions, about firmware, games, homebrew, and chips where i mention how to fix games like animal crossing and need for speed, mention which discs are useful and how to make others better you know that 10,000 or so character post yeah...
lets forget that when 3.4 came out, atleast 18 people posted in the next 2 days about accidently updating and needing help to downgrade/get HBC
lets forget just about everyone says "i searched but..."
if you read everyone of my posts, i usually give the anwser or help till i get insulted, or i get tired of this crap
mod isnt about customer service, its about helping people, at no point of helping someone is being nice required, the number of people who are active, doesnt make being nice, 100% related to activity.
every time i tell someone to search its part of a thing to do this
i can tell you how to fix/do everything and you can be like brambles and have 40 thank yous given, or you can search and learn to get your own food, and not need help for everything
small edit
going back, there was a wad topic about someone who couldnt get it to work, in post 3 i gave him a reply nice and simple, he ignored it, upon 3 or so posts later he posts pictures with what was wrong, which it turned out my reply in post 3 was correct, if you cant read info in your own thread, i am free to say what i wish, because thats above all uncalled for
