I don't always have the time to keep up on Nintendo's attempts to limit HomeBrew. I'm always fearful that they'll put out a patch / game / etc that would automatically brick any system that has HomeBrew running.
Seems to me they're trending this way, would love to get a e-mail notification should anything critical like this come up.
