Wiinja Deluxe
I just came back to my wii.. I haven't used it for 2 or 3 year. And now that I am back I see that wiinja deluxe is not supported anymore.
What should I do? From what I hear hardmod is the best, yet mine seems to be outdated, should I go soft mod route from this thread? http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...d-any-wii.html
or is there something else I should do?
Thanks

you might want to switch to softmodding and usb loading.
check out wiiflow on youtube for example.
you'll never get nice coverflow loaders with a hardmod.
plug in your usb harddrive, have every single game in one loader, just so nice;)
also allows you to play movie dvds, stream music to your wii, play .avi from hdd or shared network folder etc.
still have my old wiikey in my console but my drive didn't see a disc for a long time.
no disc mess
if that guide suits your systemmenuversion, go for it. or just do the softmod any wii guide.
cheers

So I have no choice but go with softmodding?

its not like you would spent more than 1 or 2 days doing it (the process itself is less than 30min), like reading a little, preparing a sd card. go softmod, and have fun.
was just a thought. you said your chip is not supported anymore -> no updates to make newer games run.
you can get a new chip for some money..

Well they said that they released the source code, was wondering if any other group was keeping it up to date. if not well I'll go softmod .. just need to find a way to plug my sd card in my cpu :) lol

hehe, good one.
you can use your digital camera where the sd belongs to. just connect like normal with the cord.
backup up everything. format to fat32. and start modding:)
don't know if you find a follow up project. guess google or something.
