i check viruses if a new one comes out i get it and see how and which way is the best to get rid of it avg is top marks upto now` only blaster worm beat it for those who can remember that one. one of the best viruses out at the time and that was because i got it before it was released on the net and only dos could get rid of that one with out a format the only true way to make sure you get rid of any virus is set your virus checker to ask you when it popup virus found to ask you what do you want to do with it .dont do anything go straight to your restore button and turn it off the let your virus prog delete it because if you dont turn off restore the virus is just sat in there till you do a restore unless you have gear on your comp you realy need keep. turn restore off perm and befor anyone says if you get viruses that easy avg is not that good i turn my virus prog off first lol

WOW your stupid. as you can see i put it was an OS. its amazing when people have no sense of humor. maybe you should go to google images and take a look at linux is an antivirus its a picture. and yes i do i been using linx since 1999. started on slackware then went back to windows in 2004 started with ubuntu then slackware then gentoo on my mac. then stayed with arch because it was more reliable then gentoo in compiling from source then in 2007 back to ubuntu since its the most developed and has the best hardware compatibility. currently i am running ubuntu 9.10 kernel 2.6.13-15-generic if you want i can post some more info for you so prove how wrong you are sir. now who is the ignorant one. are you a linux person. have you ever designed your own interface. maybe you should check me out on deviantart or picasa and look at my linux screenshots. Picasa Web Albums - jarret. also i an active launchpad community member check me out. https://launchpad.net/~jza873

now ignorance is when someone dosnt know what they are talking about instead of asking me you became ignorant by saying something that proves how ignorant you are. also if you want i can show you my development profile on zapoint that shows what i have done with linux. so let me know if you ever successfully installed gentoo from a stage 3 tarball. no GUI for you windows users straight command after command. took about 15 hours and about 12 hours on the ps3.

    thanks for being a jerk

I don't use linux much, but when I do I don't worry about viruses. The issue is so much less in a unix environment.
