I've always used usb config and have had no problems, but it seems like this wiiflowhas came up quite a bit. I imagine I'm not limited to one loder but can use others as well right?? wasnt really sure but it makes sense. Maybe I'll try this one out along with usb cfg. Something else to play with ya know.

I really want to use this damn loader but it refuses to work. I have a Fat32 formatted 80gig compatible drive (I know it's compatible because it works in literally every USB loader except Wiiflow >.<) and in it it has one folder "wbfs" and in that folder I have 15 .wbfs game files I transferred to it using WiiBackupManager and every time I start Wiiflow (2.2 or 3.0 rev417) it says it can not find any games. I've tried reinstalling Wiiflow, I've deleted the files/folders I was supposed to. What the hell is going on?

Never had this much trouble doing any Wiihack stuff

OK so I am bringing this to this thread since it seemed to fit better here. I am trying to get the latest version of Wiiflow going on my Wii (upgrading from Wiiflow 2.2). I already tried re-hacking my Wii using ModMii just in case I was missing any files, I also ran d2x already and as far as I can tell I have all the correct files installed. I replaced my boot.dol file with the r417.dol file which I renamed to boot.dol. Then I erased the contents of SD/Wiiflow/settings and also the contents of SD/Wiiflow/cache. when I try to launch Wiiflow from the Homebrew channel I get an error "this is not a valid wii application" and when I try to launch from my loader channel I get a stack dump. what gives?
P.S. I hacked my Wii over a year ago using MauiFrog's "mod any Wii" instructions and loaded channel loaders for all emulators and Wiiflow with pretty much no problems, now I cannot get Wiiflow to update. Seems like it should be an easy thing from what I am reading here. I will even donate to the site if someone can make this work.

OK so I think I got it. Seems that Wiiflow 2.2 can not be upgraded by simply replacing the .dol file and deleting the other cache and settings files. I had to find Wiiflow 3.0 and download that and completely replace all my Wiiflow folders and that seems to be working. i will update here if I find any issues. Hope this info helps someone

    Forwarders from wiiflowwiki not installing

just want to say that I too am having problems with forwarders with 3.0. I downloaded forwarders from Wiiflow/forwarders - WiiFloWiki , put them in the wad folder, tried to install using MMM and got "1 did not complete" message. Any ideas or word when compatible ones will be released? Thanks!

I have tested and confirmed that all the forwarders on THIS PAGE work with r417. As the page says, you must have IOS58 installed. If using MMM and you get the "1 did not complete" message, go to "Load another IOS" in MMM and select 36, 236, 249, 250, any IOS that is patched and try installing again. The path for your Wiiflow must be: SD or USB/apps/wiiflow/boot.dol.
