Ok I have been trying to get this to work for a while.
My issue is that I want to use Wiiflow as a USB backup launcher (ie Usb Configurable) and as a emulated nand (ie Triiforce). Is this possible. I see the nand screen and it looks like the channels I have on my wii. I click on them and they don't really work. I have tried to modify the cfg file with /nand in the nand section.

Ok i fixed this issue all by my self.... Took me 2 days but.

but I still could not get it to work after configuring my path
So here is what needed to happen.
Go to /apps/wiiflow on sdcard or usb1
locate the wiiflow.cfg file
open file in wordpad (notepad works but not in a good structure)
find the section titled [NAND]
then turn disable=off
then set path=/????/ where ??? is the directory
[NAND]
cheat=no
current_item=HAPE
disable=no
dump_list=no
last_cf_mode=0
partition=1
path=/nand/
sort=0
I've been trying to do the same thing, and have followed the tutorial on the wiiflowiki, and have coded the wiiflow.ini file the same as yours and I can't seem to get it to work on Wiiflow. I can get the wiiware games perfectly on triiforce, but only on sd on mighty channels and it doesn't recognize the usb.
Ok here is what my whole wiiflow.INI is.. Notice the red text. Make sure yours looks like that...
Is your external Fat or NTFS or WBFS?
Are you able to play your wii backup games off of hard drive?
Mighty Channels and Wiiflow both require D2x cios you can get them with modmi Downloads - modmii - ModMii - Google Project Hosting
Also make sure and go to where your covers are saved and in the cache directory, go to lists.
In lists delete the usb1_nand file... Whichever one says nand delete. This will force an update on the list... Tell me if your nes games work then

My external has two partitions, 631GB WBFS for Wii games, and 300GB Fat 32 for homebrew. I have a 1TB Western Digital. I heard somewhere that having a 1TB may be what is causing the problem too. Yes, I do play backups off of the hard drive, but Wiiflow makes me download covers off of the SD card. I tried putting them on the hard drive but they wouldn't show up or save. I downloaded the newest D2x cios wad's (v7b1d) off of the wiiflowiki for all of the bases listed. I went to my cache and deleted both files in there being neither said nand. I've tried nand dumps from my original bootmii, and from the simple fs dumper full dump. I then copied your wiiflow.ini over mine and changed my path to /nand/. Still doesn't work. It still forces the covers and data from the sd, and when I try the data on usb=yes, wiiflow says theres no available partition and then switches to sd again.
ok. If you copied my ini file then your cache and settings folder is being used on your sd card and the covers and everything else is being loaded off of the usb drive, but......
It sounds like maybe you need to use Easeuse partition software (free edition) to make your fat partition a primary and active partition. You should not lose any info but if you do I am not responsible do at your own risk. You may actually want to think about moving all of your data to another drive and then formating the 1tb to fat32 (also with Easeuse) and just having 1 partition, the games work great and it doesn't take up any extra room like it use to...
Where my Ini says usb1:\ ex (dir_box_covers=usb1:/wiiflow/boxcovers) maybe it needs to be usb2?
Also where it says Partition=1 maybe that should be 2 or 0....
Thank you for all of the help, I will have to try that out. I actually have another 1TB drive that I was using to put PS2 backups on, but it would be easier to re download those than the wii games. I can try those settings on the new drive, then move all the wii games over if it works. I'm also on wiiflow version 416 which I heard isn't compatible with playing games from two different partitions. It seems I could also wait for wiiflow to update to something that I could use as well. Also, doesn't making the whole drive fat32 cause you not to have wii games over 4gb on the drive?
ok what I would do is copy your wii games in My computer, or some file manager, or even wii backup manager over to your ps2 drive. Just copy them over to a WBFS folder.
Then copy your fat32 partition over to something else also. Then use EASEuse to dleete all partitions, make a new fat32 partition with 32bit clusters and Create a wbfs folder Copy all your games *wbfs folder) and wiibrew over to it. Done

To aevans I copied my nand file to the ps2 hard drive, then loaded my Animal Crossing disk and was able to load that game and was then able to access my wiiware and virtual console games with a touch of a button. Worked like a charm, guess wiiflow isn't so great with wbfs formats afterall. The hard drive I moved everything to was already fat 32 so if I have any problems I will use the program you spoke of and then move everything back to the first drive. Thank you so much!
