Was just wondering if someone could check my syscheck out, as i'm not confident whether its simply me doing the wrong thing (i'm getting a "partition not found" error when trying to use a WBFS-formatted SDHC card with a test game on it, via the USB Loader channel) or whether i've bodged the softmod install.

Edit: I used the Softmod any Wii guide - http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...d-any-wii.html

It looks like you followed the guide correctly, syscheck is fine. May want to look into cfg guide to be sure you have it set right. I.never ran games from SD so I'm not sure what needs to be done there.

Can somebody please review my syscheck.

Softmod is working for some games, but not for some. I read somewhere that d2x CIOS doesn't work for games (like MW3) that reload cios, but i am not sure what that means.

Most of my games are just working fine with d2x update.

however, the new error that I am noticing now when running my backed up games is this error:
    IOS (249)
    IOS Reload: Blocked
& then game loads fine. Picture below.

Go HERE and use the latest installer to re-install the d2x cIOS and see if that works.

Thanks bmarlo. I used the 2nd option used in the same link that you provided. I used Wii Mod to batch install all 7 wad updates.

    Ran into issues as below.
    1. The installation went smooth for the 7 updates
    2. But, during verification of Slot 70, system hung up and I had to reboot.
    3. When I ran syscheck, I noticed that 249 still said d2x v6
    4. So, I ran a specific update on 249 with IOS249[56]-v7.wad file and Wad Manager 1.7

After that specific update, ran syscheck and posted the results here.

bottomline: I have tried resinstall and am still seeing the same issue of IOS Blocked. and, my MW3 doesn't load and gets stuck on Loading screen.

    Modern warfare 3 runs with cIOS250 [57] d2x-v6, and v7.
We have a guide for that particular game.

    My SysCheck

I'm a bit lost in this incredibly big forum, and not sure what to put in the searchfield.

Problem : I've softmodded my wii with mauifrog's guide, and all the steps went great, but when I connect my ext. HD and use one of the USB-loaders it hangs on start-up screen from the loaders (Tried different ones).

I'm pretty sure I messed something up, forgot some basic step or whatever, therefor I'm posting my syscheck here. As this is my first forum post I hope to get it right the first try and do not clutter up the forum

HDD is connected to the outer USB slot, it's also set as Primary and Active. I did not format the HDD before adding the games because I use it to back-up a lot of stuff from my pc. I used the WiiBackManager to add the games to my HDD in a folder called wbfs. I believe that are all the steps I took to prepare my HDD. The wbfs folder now contains a gamefolder (with a wbfs file in it) and a disc.info file.

You NEED to format your drive.. you can use the FAT32 format if you wish to store other things on there as well.
