The latest version is v70r51 (link to it is in my signature).

What happens during the cut scenes that is flawed?
I've used both CFG v70 and r51, but with both everytime a cutscene comes up the game freezes.

Also I'm currently using CFG v70 because the mod version keeps asking me to mount device when I use an sd card with it, but the regular does not.

Also sometimes homebrew acts as though the d2x cIOSs have been removed

EDIT: I've run some tests and on CFG usb loader v70 the game CANNOT run sucessfully on ANY IOS, it can boot up on IOS 224,249, and 250. The game still freezes when trying to play a cutscene, and on 222 and 223 it freezes on white screen after title.

EDIT 2: I've tried Wiiflow and the game can't run properly, however it can at least boot in IOS 249, 250, and 251

Looks good for the most part, though we do recommend HBC 1.1.0 instead of 1.1.2. It sounds like you have a semi-brick. Take a look at this thread.

EDIT: I went ahead and fixed your spoiler. And double posting is against the rules, use the Edit button next time.

EDIT #2: I just noticed that Priiloader isn't installed. After you fix your brick, be sure to install it.

Should I Update Softmod my Wii from 1-2years ago?

hello i softmodded my Wii about one-two years ago using ShadowSonic's guide. Whenever I played Metroid Prime Triolgy (through HDD USB loading)i could only play it on veteran difficulty because before, the only method to play the game without installing cIOScorp was to select the .dol file of each Metroid Prime game in the options before starting the game. This did not let me choose what difficulty i wanted to play each Metroid game in.

My questions are: Can I play Metroid Prime Trilogy (through HDD USB loading) smoothly & select any mode difficulty if I update softmod my Wii with this guide: http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...d-any-wii.html ?

And if I were to update softmod my Wii, should i just start from step 1 till the end?

Heres a system check post if it helps

    Spoiler
