    Your system check is Good.

Back up those Ios's/Cios's to your computer ,if you want.(Saves you room)
You shouldn't have duplicates, cause when you follow the Soft Mod Guide, it will ask to to overwrite the duplicates etc.
Either way you don't need them on the sd card no more and you don't want somebody Un-installing any of those ios's/cios's, just delete them.

No, Do Not Delete anything (Ios/Cios)...You have everything needed.

Take your sd card to the computer and back up the ios/cios from the card to your computer and then delete them from the Sd Card(The WAD Folder or any other files not needed any more.)
I repeat do not delete any ios's/cios's from your wii using wiimod or any other program .

P.S. Nothing needs to be updated!

Yes, take the sd card to your computer and delete all those wads from that folder.

Some help for a newcomer, please!

Hi there! A year and a half ago I softmodded mi 2006 Wii, but I did a lousy job at it: stitched together some tutorials, didn't backup everything... it was a poorly done job. However, it worked pretty well, so I never really looked a lot into it. Now, after having to replace the bluetooth module (that was friggin difficult), I decided taht it's time to do it properly. ATM, I think I have HBC 1.0.0 installed, and bootmii as an IOS only, but it would be nice to be sure. Here's my syscheck:

    Spoiler

So, where am I at? Would it be prudent to start the "Softmod any Wii" guide from the beggining? Or should I try something else? Do you need more information to determine that?

    Anyway, thanks in advanced!
    CapitanToto

PS: I know the wii date is wrong, the syscheck s actually from today.

Using the ANY Wii guide start at the section "Softmods with Homebrew Channel Installed". That will get you everything you need!
