sys check of a system i did with a prob.

I soft modded a wii of a collegue of mine using the famous ALL wii wizard (GREAT, worked fabulous with a number of wii's i did)

And now this dude had a problem, he hasn't got the money (yet) to buy an HDD so he's burning his discs..
but now the discs won't load anymore.
i searched here on the forum and am now working on installing the d2x cIOS installation guide, because some said that fixes the prob.

But in the meantime i thought i post the syscheck log here, to see if you guyz find anything wrong in it.

    Syscheck of the Wii

Thanks in advance, and keep up the great work you guys are doing!

*edit* PS, homebrew channel is now updated to the latest...
PPS, is it maybe even better to do the softmod again?? instead of trying to fix this problem?? just a thought....

*edit2* i don't want to crosspost so continuing this.
i worked out the d2x Cios installer but ti didn't fix the problem, when i'm running a burned disc neogamma gives me the (03023a00) error code...
bit out of options here, but have to party here in town tonight!! festival week *grins*
the kids are gone to grand-pa and grand-ma soo partyyyy!
if my blood/alcohol ratio turns a bit normal again tommorow i'm diving in again.

okay update. i did all the steps to update the IOS and the Softmod and everything worked great yesterday, and super fast. now i tried to run the wii today and everything is freezing. the wiiflow takes over 5 minutes to load, and then when selecting the game, its been 5 minutes so far and still a blank screen. i tried resetting it, unplugging and replugging the USB (I have a seagate free agent Pro)

    any suggestions?

Your system is still missing Ios57 and they are still outdated.(This won't affect Usb Loading Though.)
Do the original disc load through the Disc Drive?
Did anything happen to the HDD, Like fall down or anything that could have Damaged it?
Do you have the HDD connected to port 0?Right side usb port when looking from the back.
Is it formatted correctly, Look Here if unsure.-->Fat32 Guide
If it's not formatted right, do so now.
Did you shut off the sleep mode on your HDD?

    Need Expert SyS check review

Hi All, need a pro review here to help eliminate minor issues I think are related to soft modding my Wii 5 or so times over the years.
Currently I am having a lot of -1022 WAD install errors (from different sources, using different WAD installers), some of my emulators (all current version) are memory dumping when loading/running roms from SD or USB (SDHC, and fat32 partition) namely wii64, scummVM, wiiSX, and not being able to install some purchased games from (most recent) WAD installed Shop channel. Just by looking at some peoples reports, mine looks different.
Appreciate any help getting my Wii up to current standards.

    Spoiler

    Thanks All - Jlavin

It looks like you used ModMii to soft mod your wii.

    1022:
Wad Install Error: Content did not match hash in TMD

You could follow the Soft Mod Any Wii Guide,Link is at the Bottom of my signature.
You can start from chapter 2.This will give you some extra Cios's.
