Please plug a USB HDD on port 0 or press Reset

Hi! I have followed the instruction from this site
    Removed External Link
which i found amazing by the way,
and now i am trying to install will flow via one of this wads:

When i load Wii Flow i get the message "Please plug a USB HDD on port 0 or press Reset".

I have a USB Kingston 8GB fromated as WBFS which works fine with neogamma app loaded from my SD card.
(never tryied to install a neogamma channel though, i found wii flow better)

I run a system check and there are the resutls:

    Thanks in advanced

I don't usually recommend installing loaders as channels because they aren't as easy to update. And even if you are intent on installing them as channels, you still need a fat32 device to save any covers or settings. I would recommend installing a forwarder channel instead and running the latest version of Wiiflow from your SD card. You can get both from HERE. Also, when it comes to formatting your device, we recommend following our fat32 guide HERE. Your syscheck shows that you are using a slightly older version of d2x cIOS, but I dont think that would cause your issues. Try the above steps first to see what happens.

Your IOS 56 and cIOS in 249 and 250 are in need of an updating. You can follow the ANY Wii guide or update them individually. In your case I know you are familiar with using MMM

Syschk posted, requesting help for updates to use Skyward Sword

    Background:

My Wii was softmod 4.3u to use USB back ups over a year ago by prior associate.

Associate that did the softmod gave me the web site guide he used, but the link isn't working now. He doesn't have access to help me with further updates.

I bought the Skyward Sword and motion plus thing, and notice it wants a system update.

I heard that system updates can interfere with correction operation of softmodded wii, so I thought I'd research the consequences before doing the update. It confused me.

I read the forum rules and think it's ok to run backups of my purchased games.

My LG drive for Rawdump on the PC stopped working.

Here's my Wish list for help requested:

    1) Steps and particulars to update my Wii as needed for Skyward Sword, while retaining the ability to run backups from the USB inserted media, based on the current state of my Wii from the syschk.

    2) Suggest Wii application to make a backup iso of the purchased above game so I can put it on the USB inserted media

I believe there are a lot of different softmods out there, and greatly appreciate the knowledgeable people here looking at my syschk posted below, to advise how to do this while not hurting my wii machine.

I have nand flash backup files from a year ago when the wii was soft modded.

    Sorry for being verbose.

    Thanks for reading.

Thank you so much about your help! Everything works now! Except from covers.. I am switching to fat32 device as soon as possible
