never mind the above.. any how. you have everything correct. those games take a little work to get working. we have guides

Thank you. I updated the cIOS and now I'm able to play most of my USB games through CFGusb (for some reason they crash when I use wiiflow).

Delete the config data for wiiflow if you want to use it. its probably still set to use your old cIOS.

Can someone take a look at this and see if there's a problem? Because for the life of me, I can't get ANY USB loader to even detect my hard drive (which IS supported, by the way)

    Are you using port zero?
    is it a usb 2.0 or 3.0?
what kind of HDD is it?
Is it formatted correctly and set to "active" and "primary"?
    What format is it?
Did you do a "full" or a "Quick" format?

You are a little outdated and Im huessing you either used modmii or a you tube tut.. You should follow the any wii guide in my sig and start from the spoiler "softmods with Homebrew installed". Just for good measure. that will update your IOS and cIOS properly.

By the way why do you have duplicate cIOS anyways? 248 & 249

Anyways if that doesnt set you straight its something to do with your hdd or your usb port.

Thanks for the quick reply! It's a USB 2.0 160GB Western Digital Passport, and it used to work fine with a WBFS partition. I switched it over to FAT32 (with a nice loooong format, of the full kind) and could no longer get it to work... And yeah, port zero (the one closest to the edge if I'm not mistaken).

So I had used modmii to update everything a while back, but apparently it didn't work too well... Don't ask about the duplicate cIOS, it was basically me being stupid after three hours of trying everything.

The drive still isn't recognized, so I'm leaving my syscheck in case anyone has any ideas... I'd hate to have to buy another HDD just for this...

Did you update your loader after updating your cIOS? have you tried deleting your config data for said loader?
