I've tried lots of games. When i connect my own HDD to the wii it also freezes. With my Wii it doesn't. My Wii and their HDD: same problem. So it must be the Wii. The HDD is an AC Ryan Mediaplayer formatted with wiibackupmanager.

You syscheck looks good although I cant see the bases you are using for your cIOS. If you use a newer syscheck b10 and up it will show them if you wanna run another one.

it doesnt sound like the hdd goin bad since everything else works.. it sounds like your using an incorrect cIOS to run the game from or the game file is becoming corrupt. What was the last thing you installed to the wii or hdd??
Thanks for the quick reply. I have re-ran the scan with 15b as you indicated. See spoiler below. Upon further reflection, all of these problems did begin after adding Scooby Doo to the HD...

Also, I have since tried more games and noticed that Super Smash Bros is locking upon loading the game and Donkey Kong Country is locking up on level 1-5 as well. However, I am not certain that these changes are not related to the recent change to the updated files and an updated USB Loader GX. I know with certainty that Super Smash Bros was working 24 hours before updating.

Which format do you recommend for the HD?

If it works then leave it be I guess. It is pretty outdated in the cios (the ones above 200) department though. You must not have followed the guide we recommend. If you want the best setup then you should follow the softmod any wii guide linked in my signature.

If you format the hdd to fat32 or ntfs then you will have problems. You have rev 17 in the 249 slot and it will not work on fat/ntfs hdds. Look at the "what this guide installs" spoiler in the guide I directed you to and you will see what the ideal syscheck results are.

I am not sure what this has to do with ANY syscheck. WBM is for transferring games to your hdd via pc. Yes you can use it but your wii will not play those games from an hdd if it is formatted to fat32 or ntfs because of the cios you currently have.

    Disc Error #002

Allright, I'm completely new to this, so I most likely messed something up. I am getting a blue screen saying, " Disc Error #002 " This happens when I insert Modern Warfare 3 into my Wii, clicked the disc channel, then clicked start. Modern Warfare 3 worked fine until I installed Homebrew, Gecko OS, inserted a code, the code worked, so I went back to the Wii home menu, clicked the disc channel, clicked play, then got the blue screen with the error. I know I can run the game through Gecko OS, but it does not seem to load everything properly. If somebody could tell me how to fix this, I am willing to give them a couple of dollars via PayPal. I can be found on the WiiHacks chat sometimes, or just message me. Thank you for the help. Also, I have the physical disk, it is not downloaded. I am willing to completely get rid of the HomeBrew Channel, if it can be done safely. If you need more information to help me, just ask. Thanks!
