Formatted as FAT32 and loaded a few games. Same problems with the nunchuk games - they freeze in the same spots.

You could try one of the games on a thumb drive to see if that makes a difference?
Try one of your friends original Wii remote and nunchuck on your system to see if
    that makes a difference also.

Your problem sounds quite unique lol.

    Hi there...

I am very confused and would greatly appreciate any help I can get!

I tried to follow the syscheck page to get a printout for you all but I seem to be running into stack/code dump. I did a softmod over a year ago, and I am running 4.2u. I haven't done much to my Wii since early last year when I fiddled with triiforce, but now I cannot seem to get anywhere with this thing.

I tried to follow http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...d-any-wii.html for the main purpose of getting priiloader, so that I could disable the update checks on discs and online, but I have issues when it launches bootmii to get into MMM, it simple hangs on a black screen.

I hope this is the right area, and that you are not too annoyed by my 'in over my head' situation :/ Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've been using my originals this go-around. I'll give the thumb drive route a go as well. I have a lead on a $30 console (dude is selling just the Wii, no wires, etc.) so I might just replace mine and see if I fare better with the new one. Thanks for all of your help so far.

Glad you got it sorted. Sometimes corrupt files can stall the hdd. You should back up your HDD regularly So you wont loose everything later.

Also on some games you have to use a different /cIOS/region setting/alt.dol/ and sometimes enable video patching or 002 error fix. These options can be found in the game options:

    Start Wii>>>Load up CFG>>>Select Game with (A)>>>Push (1) for game options>>>Select proper options>>>Push (2) to save>>>Play games>>>JOY

    Your cIOS 249 is stubbed.

    Im guessing your using GX?

aside from that you could update a few cIOS on your Wii. d2x cIOS Installation Guide

Trying to play NSMBW and Wii sports resort... I copied my games to see if USB loader worked... but it doesn't.

    Hi lovely people
I wanted to make sure I don't brick my wii by attempting to factory reset, hence posting my syscheck here.

Can anyone confirm I can simply disable the update prevention in priiloader and then accept an online update?

    thanks
