load from sd card

I have a 4gb SD card. I know most of the best games are above that but I have a couple that have been scrubbed down to less than 1gb. That gives me some extra space on my card even with my current homebrew. I have a couple USB loaders that I know can load from SD. I just don't know if I have to format my sd card to anything besides FAT32.

I guess what I'm really asking is if I can just put the ISO on my SD card, boot up one of my loaders, search/find the file, and play it? I'm pretty sure I have all the current IOS. I know I have IOS222 for sure.

I'm sorry for such a simple question. I know the answers out there. I watched a youtube video about it, but it seemed like he was talking about formatting a HDD. I don't know...

Even neogamma can load from SD card as long as it's formatted to WBFS, USB Loader GX can as well.
