CFG USB Loader not showing all of my games?

I got the whole thing set up about two weeks ago and it was all working without issues. I had about 5 games on my hard drive then. I just put some more games on there (Now up to 16) and it's only seeing one of the games. If I remove that one game, it doesn't see any of the others.

That game is one of the new ones, but it wasn't the last one I put on the drive. The hard drive setup is: turn the ISOs into wbfs files and put them in a wbfs folder on the root of my NTFS drive. The only thing I've changed since then and now (besides adding the 11 games) is that I've renamed the wbfs files to a title name rather than those characters. I'm also using the most recent version of CFG USB Loader (v68).

    Any Ideas?

That's odd to hear for cfg. Try deleting the config file and let it generate a new one.

Would that be the config.txt or the settings.cfg file in the usb-loader folder on my SD card?

pretty sure it is the config.txt. You can delete both though. it will make new ones. You will have to reset any settings you may have changed from default.

So I've formatted my external, deleted both the config.txt and the settings.cfg file, and put one game back on there. Got Nothing. Put Klonoa back on there (the game it was seeing before) and it shows up just fine.

EDIT: So i just tried to play Klonoa, and it gave me an error message saying something like 'Could not find R96EAF'. So I went back and renamed Klonoa to R96EAF and Monster Hunter Tri to RMHE08. They both show up now and they both play fine. So I guess they wbfs files need to be left alone? It's just a little hard to tell which games I have on there when I'm looking at the files, but oh well.
