common black ops problem?

Hi guys/gals,
common problem to you guys ref COD Black ops but i cant get my head round it.
i soft modded and have CFG, GX usb loader and Multi mod manager loaded v13.4, system v4.1, region europe.
sd:ntfs, loader ver:65, ios 249(r14).
system menu 4.2 on IOS70, PAL 50,IOS61 v5405.
using MMM i have found these IOS's

can anyone please explain step by step how to get COD Black Ops to work with these settings and show any links to downloads i need, i have tried to update 249 to v17, v19,v20 on 249 and 250 as i had read i need to but says unable to find IOS on SD:root...????

It is explained step by step in the...you guessed it..COD Black ops guide. No need to create another thread about this game. Read and follow the guide. Simple solution is install cIOS 224 [57] v5.1 set the game to load with IOS224 in Cfg. Done.

Any further questions go in the guide after reading it.
