Need a little help with Configurable USB loader.

I have the latest version of Configurable USB loader, used fat32 and put all my wbfs in there. The directory is:
    harddrive\RD2E41_Red_Steel_2\RD2E41.wbfs
    for instance.

Whenever I load the loader, it shows blank dvd titles for all the games I have on there, and says no games found. I tried reformatting to NTFS and tried again, exact same thing. Am I doing something wrong? Should there be more than just the .wbfs there? It worked fine before but my hard drive died so I had to reconstruct it all on a new one and then it just hadn't worked since.

It's really strange. I took all the files off, reformatted it to WBFS, then loaded all the files back on the exact same way I loaded them on to the FAT32 and NTFS formats of the same drive, and now it's working. Slightly inconvenient but I'll make due. Thank you
