Teach you how? Use the search. That's what the guides are for.

    That will only install cios 202 222 & 223.

The user isnt modded at all. Use a softmod guide that is suited to you system menu.

    http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...d-any-wii.html

This guide will cover all system menus and will also cover installing what MarkieH has given you the link to.

It is not fully hacked, look at the "what this guide installs" tab in the softmod ant wii guide (link in my signature). I think making a quick run through tat guide will do you a lot of good. If you want to ignore the advice, you can install the ones you think you need from here.

It means you have no cIOS (as in either have not softmodded, or were not successful in softmodding). Nintendo "stubbed" those slots on SM 4.2 and up. You'll have to remove them (follow either Mauifrog's "Softmod ANY Wii" guide or Shadow Sonic's 4.2 guide). A stub disallows something from being installed into a slot until the stub is actually removed (which is what happens in the guides mentioned).
