okay i found my solution to my problem i wanna thank skellinator for his effort in pointing me in the right direction i concluded that i need to install cIOS249[56]- v20.wad on my wii which is found here in this link:
    http://www.wiihacks.com/other-faq-gu...cios-wads.html
and the wad manager 1.7 which was fairly easy to find BUT when you load up wad manager from homebrew channel i chose to load up IOS250 (instead of IOS249) and searched for the wad (cIOS249[56]- v20.wad) and installed it and bang bang bang! my wii is back to normal up and running games as usual and this is my final system check for reference after my success lol:

So you have Priiloader installed and made a NAND backup then? If not then you really should try out the guide that narse1979 linked.

These users are trying to point you in the right direction to give you the best possible Softmod and there is no need to take offense and flame them. Again.... it is suggested that you follow the Softmod Any Wii gudie.....

So very disappointing when members come asking for help, then proceed to spit on the people who take the time out of their lives trying to do so.
