CFG fails to recognize HD after cios250 update

    Hey all,

I tried to play COD and got that error saying I should update one of the cios..

so I did, read this topic and updated cios250 using cIOS250[57]-v20.wad, (it was IOS250 (rev 65535) before)..

and now when I load CFG it fails to recognize my HD (NTFS).. should downgrade again? which cios should I upgrade?

I didn't want to do anything before asking because I'm not sure what my next step should be..

btw, here is my sysCheck (before upgrading cIOS250):

    sysCheck

    Thanks in advance!

use the CFG 222.dol or add

    ios = 250 to config.txt (in usb-loader folder)

CFG runs on hermes 222/223... your game runs on cIOS250.. CFG Will not run on 250...

If you install Cios 250 into the usb loader folder, you can then change the IOS the GAME runs on from the game options IN CFG..

but what does it have to do with cfg anyway? all i did is put cIOS250[57]-v20.wad on the SD:/WAD/ folder, then ran WAD Manager v1.7, installed cIOS250[57]-v20.wad, and tried to run CFG loader.. didn't change any configuration of nothing...

Im at a loss then.. Maybe when you upgraded it changed the config settings? can you access the loader settings to see what its runnin off of?

lol i think we're both confused

my wii is 4.2E softmodded with help of ShadowSonic2's guide.
i am running 222.dol cfg loader v63, so ios: 222-mload.

    settings.cfg

after installing cIOS250 v20 (cIOS250[57]-v20.wad) using this guide, CFG failed to recognize my HD. before i installed it, it was A OK!

so my question is, what should be my next step?
