If Cfg was using 222 then installing any revision of 250 wouldn't make a difference. Either your loader was set to use 250 or you changed something else. Delete and reinstall Cfg, run a syscheck and read it, make sure you have 222 installed.
    Damn I suck!!!!

It sounds like cfg is trying to run on 250. Put the one back that was working and go the 224 route to get BO to run.

I reinstalled CFG loader, but it didn't matter.. it was able to read a USB disk on key, but when i put the HD, still nothing.. this happend with 2 HDs (Maxtor & WD).
USB Loader GX is still gives me black screen when loading games, but it has been able to identify both HDs.

I think i'l update the other cIOS as mentioned here, to these:
    249 - Rev 20 [Base 56]
    250 - Rev 20 [Base 57]
    222 - Rev 4 [Base 37+38]
    224 - Rev 5.1 [57]

however, I don't understand what the following means on this guide for cIOS250 (which I updated): " (When you install 250 it will come out with v65535 so If you accidentally update it wont be stubbed.DONT UPDATE)" ?

    Okay I need help! please!

    I installed cIOS249[56]-v20.wad .

now I was trying to run a sysCheck.. but it got stuck twice on:

    "Testing IOS58 Vulnerabilities..."

What could cause this? what should I do?

Okay so this is strange.. I installed IOS58 using the IOS58 Installer.. but it CFG still fails to identify my HD..

about sysCheck.. when I try to run a test on "All" IOSs it gets stuck on "Testing IOS58 Vulnerabilities...",
but when I select IOS58 it runs okay:

    sysCheck IOS58

    so whats going on here?!

IOS58 has nothing to do with your HDD being recognized by Cfg.

Installing a clean IOS58 should have fixed the freezing syscheck. You must have done something else other then change your IOS250.

I have no clue.. I really didn't do anything else.. What should I do next?

I did enable No Online Updates, and No Disk Updates using priiloader v0.6.. but I guess it has nothing to do with my problem(s)?

Switch to the 249 Version of CFG!!!

also you can update your 249 to rev21

Then run COD: BO with 224 within CFG!!!

    DONE!!!

I don't think it has to do with the revision being used or cIOS. If they were using the 222 revision and left 222 alone then it should work just fine. Sounds like they did something to the HDD or didn't format it correctly. Any more info OP?

Wouldn't hurt to test the 249 revision though, emu seems pretty sure with all those exclamation marks, lol
