Well, good timing I guess! I just removed GX from my Wii on Friday in favor of Cfg Loader. Still thinking of trying uLoader, too. So I guess I'll haev all 3 up this weekend, see what happens! Thanks for the updates and reviews!
i cant wait to try this new one out i been use gx 938 only no other loaders gx is the best i thank
I installed Channel version and copied .dol file again to apps/usbloader_gx folder.. after that everything works just fine!
Now it works from Channel,HBC and forwarder all ok. Its time to remove Channel version..
Maybe .dol file was corrupted or something, on my copy process..
This is very interesting news. While I doubt I will be switching to it, I hope that this is stable. I know a lot of people use GX because they like the way it is set up, so it would be nice to know that they can use it without compatibility problems. I know I have insulted GX quite a bit (although I still think a fair amount of it was justifiable), but I would be happy to stop if it works well.
Is this definitely an official release?

Yes this is definitely an official release. I did a lot of testing/bug reporting to help squash some of the r1xxx bugs along the way, I found a big one (stack dump) when everyone else said "works for me" I traced it down to the exact setting that was causing the crash (default settings didn't crash, thats why everybody thought it was ok). I also doubt GX was responsible for any bricks. And the last several r1xxx releases (r1033+ especially) have been stable for me on a few systems.
Well finally 2.0 was released will update my guide as soon as I get a chance
