    USB Loader Freeze

I have v7 of USB loader installed (at start screen it also states 249)
The CFG USB loader starts ok, but when i try to start a game it freezes, it doesnt go to the screen where it says that it load the game, it just freezes when pushing the start button.
The strange thing is that sometimes it works.
Also for the record my usb HD is compatible and also when using WiiMC everything plays ok.

it is really annoying to have to put in the dvd again, especially with the kids.
    Can anyone help me?

Edit: after trying to solve my problem i decided to go back to a SD version i had after modding my Wii. Well it worked (at least until now), but is says now at the usb loader screen 248.
Can anyone explain to me why?
Did i do something to use 249? and how can i prevent it from happening again?
also for the record i have installed dx2 v7b1

Edit 2: Well you guessed it. dont work, now when loading usb i get dump screen

    issues with loader.

so its been awhile since i touched the wii. i decided to try the new zelda. so i had 4.3u and was using cfg loader .49 when i last used the wii with my maxtor diamondmax 10 with wbfs format. It always loaded no problem but when i tried it today the loader wouldnt work just freezes. so i decided to update everything and now i cant get anything to work. There is a wiikey chip installed that was always there but it doesnt load all my games on disc like new super mario or ssbb. i was able to get zelda skyward sword to load on disc no problem. Now though i want the hard drive to work with all other backups. Im on v70 cfg loader and it says device not responding and I am unable to push any buttons and have to hard power off the wii or it timeouts with an error. wii flow loads and I am unable to push any thing and also yamm wad does the same. i can get through wii mod and hack mii thats all installed. i also replaced my scrub ios's trying that and still no avail. ios 58 is installed using the installer. what am i missing? i tried another hard drive and also a usb thumb drive and straight sd card still all the same outcome. i tried fat32 ntfs wbfs all same out come. i was using wiimod 4.8 on pc to set up everything. any help please.

    CFG USBLOADER..I am foncused

    Hello All,

Just followed the excellent guide on how to reinstall softmod on an already modded wii. All ios updated and everything working great.

Except the bit I messed up !

In the cfg usbloader set up I choose reset to cfgusb and reboot to cfg usb. This works great as I power on wii and it goes straight to games list on HDD ..Perfect.. But I can not work out how to get back to wii menu for iplayer etc. I can get to Homebrew but that just takes me back to cfg usb games screen again.

    Thanks all

    Hi,
I was wondering if its possible to exit out of a game back to the CFG Loader screen? Currently, when I exit, it takes me back to the channel screen. When searching around, I am finding with other loaders you have to basically configure wiiloader to boot directly to the USB loader...is it the same with CFG loader? and if so, can someone point me to the steps to do this? I have v70 Thanks!

a nintendo update or a loader update? if nintendo you stubbed your cIOS... If you mean loader then try deleteing the loader and all the config data from the sd and reinstall... FYI V70 of cfg will not work correctly unless your soft mod is up to date with the new cIOS available.

It doesn't find my games. Which are on a WBFS partition - the last partition on the HD.
I can get it right with pressing a few buttons, but it is not persisted.

How can I get it to load from that partition?
Or should I store my games completely differently?

(Now it is only my that can use it, its a big problem)
