You have to download one of the file packs, depending upon which cIOS you want GX to load from. When in doubt, 249 is recommended. If you do not want a channel on your home screen, then you do not need to download anything else. You should also take a look at our FAT32 guide HERE for instructions on properly formatting your drive.

I can access USB Loader Gx through HBC and it will load all my games fine. However I cant get this installed to my channels, not such an issue at the moment because I can still access the games. Im trying to install the channel with WAD manager 1.7. Ive got the .dol file stored SD:/apps/ ? Still cannot see anything when I load up HBC. Lastly im not sure if I need to make any changes to cIos All the games already work but im still unsure what these do for me.

You need to install the forwarder channel wad, not the dol, and it needs to be put in your sd/wad/ folder. Also, just keep all your other cIOS the way they are. It won't hurt to leave them there - who knows you might end up needing them.

EDIT: Oh I see what you are saying now about the cIOS, if you need to download the others mentioned in this guide. The answer is almost the same. If everything works then no need to do anything else. You might however eventually need some other cIOS. Up to you, get them now or get them later.

Game names do not show up in the game selection window after upgrade to latest GX

I upgraded to the latest USB Loader GX from within the previous version of the app. I selected the 'update all' option.

I have 13 game backups (.wbfs) on my FAT32 harddrive. Now when I launch USB Loader GX, the game window shows 13 blank rows in the list window where the game title names should be. I can select the blank box and the game launches fine, however, I really would prefer to see the name of the game I am selecting.

I can download the covers fine and they show up, but I'd still like to see the names in the list window. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you guys so much for any help.

Hey sorry it took so long to get back to u.

Start by trying to delete your cfg file
If that doesnt work try updating wiitdb
Also make sure titles from wiitdb is on in the settings

If you just followed the ANY Wii guide you already have everything you need, including all the cIOS and the latest GX! Did you not follow the guide all the way through?
