    here do all of this
    update your cios cios38 rev 17<--download, put in apps folder, run via HBC, use ios 249, base wad 38
    update your hermes hermesv4<--guide
    download usbloader gx usb loader gx 915 channel put wad file in wad folder, run wad manager install wad

    grabbing it now
    remove bootmii from sd, put it in pc and never loose it if u have installed bootmii as boot 2, either way move it to ur pc
    bootmii will load, when ever you power on your wii, and can only access homebrew.

    You have a syscheck.csv can u post that report. Open it with wordpad.

    its not working eather
    could my prob be not update cios cios38 rev 17
    i tried the installer get error so i think i need
    -"IOS38-64-v3867.wad" file to the root of a SD card.
    - Insert the SD card on your Wii.
    - Run the installer and select "WAD Installation
    where would i grab that wad i got the cIOS38Rev17 Installer

    download inside grab it and put it on your sd just the wad you need its in the root of sd
