All usb loaders come as a .wad file or boot.dol.

Wads go into the wad folder on the sd card and are installed by a Wadmanager.

Once installed they are started from the homebrew channel or if it`s a channel wad then it will be accessable from the Wii menu.

Dols go into a folder in the apps folder and are started from the Homebrew Channel. (make sure it`s named boot.dol or it wont show up in the menu).

To use Usb Loaders you will also need to install IOS249 & IOS222 and of course a Usb Drive formated WBFS, Fat32 or NTFS. I would recommend WBFS for a first time user.

The latest revisions of Usb-loader_GX can format the harddrive for you and allows backing up the game from Disc.

Other loaders are Configurable Usb-loader and as you`ve mentioned Wiiflow.
