UPDATE June 13, 2010
emuhack has posted a guide on how to run WiiWare/VC from a USB Loader - LOOK HERE
Kallstar, at GBAtemp, has developed a way to load WiiWare games from a USB Loader. The way he achieved this is by creating ISO forwarders. As far as I know, you will need to install TriiFroce_mrc to get the IOS forwarders to work. Visit the tutorial by Sinyk to install TriiForce_mrc - LOOK HERE.
The ISO forwarders are nothing more that forwarders in an ISO format, that will boot the WiiWare you have installed with TriiForce_mrc. The ISO forwarder gets installed to the USB loader just like the way you would install a game ISO, using WBFS manager or a similar WBFS tool. The size of the ISO forwarder is 1.76MB.
After installing the ISO forwarders for the Wiiware you have installed with TriiForce_mrc, you will probably want to install some cover art to look at in the USB Loader menu. Kallstar as also created a cover art package. The cover art gets installed to the same folder where your Wii games covers are located. You will also need to edit your Titles text document, for your usb loader, so the text of the game description will appear when in a cover flow type of usb loader menu.
To download the ISO forwarders, covers art, and codes for Titles text you will need to visit Kallstar's post.

Well how cool is that. Thanks Stomp, great info.

I found this quite interesting, but my triiforce is not working right now. I had it working with WiiWare, then I tried adding some VC and injected wads and triiforce_mrc quit working correctly. For what ever reason, I need to reconvert my WiiWare to work with Triforce then I'll give it a try.
And for those who are unaware, TriiForce is nothing more than an emulator that uses a copy of your NAND, it does not alter your NAND in any way, so I would say that it is safe to use.
Yes I"m doing this also, took me 10 hours to figure it out. It's nice, I now load up my wiiware titles from wiiflow. no need to load up triiforce nomore.
P.S. the batch file only has 4 options though so you can only do Neogeo, wiiware, snes and n64. I'm hoping I can figure out how to do my nes, turbogfx and so on...
Sad thing is that this apparently dont work with USB Loader GX without some heavy modifications. Games works fine in Triiforce mrc but fails to launch via the forwarder in GX. Can someone confirm this and what modifications are necessary to get it working?
Where do I find idgame.dol? Arent those the same .dol that I should copy to USB:/Forwarder/WiiWare?After the batch file is done you'll have the files you need in the forwarders folder.Copy all the .dol files (not the main ones in isos folder) into /usb/Forwarders/(system example N64)/ This directory needs to be right. So put like N64 dol files in /usb/Forwarders/N64/ and wiiware dol files in /usb/Forwarders/Wiiware/.
Next you will open up wiiscrubber and load the iso's you got from the batch file, which are located in the Fowarders/(system)/isos/ folder and replace the main.dol with the idgame.dol for the iso you have loaded.
EDIT: Never mind, got it working, Thanks!
