ncWBFSTool or Wbfs intelligent gui will take ciso files and put them on your wbfs drive
In the Wii modding scene, cIOS refers to the various custom IOS options we have to run backups/install wads and other programs. You sound confused as it has nothing to do with what you're trying to accomplish.Quote:
